"The Outcomes-based Education Seminar Workshop is a purposeful, deliberate, and systematic presentation and discussion of an approach that focuses and emphasizes around what is essential for all learners to know, value, and be able to do to achieve a desired level of competence. The seminar-workshop involves discussion on the Framework for Outcomes-based Education which requires constructive alignment of the institutional learning outcomes (ILO), program intended learning outcomes (PILO), course intended learning outcomes (CILO), and intended learning outcomes per topic (ILO), and assessment tools needed by all stakeholders in the process of transformative reflection and constant action, for purposes of designing the related course syllabuses."
